  13. DESCRIPTION
  14.      Reads a portable pixmap as input.  Does a Laplacian  relief  filter,  and
  15.      writes a portable pixmap as output.

  17.      The Laplacian relief filter  is  described  in  "Beyond  Photography"  by
  18.      Holzmann, equation 3.19.  It's a sort of edge-detection.
